Long Branch, NJ Wedding
Caroline and Brian’s wedding at Wave Resort was the ultimate celebration of their love for the beach, the water, and a really good party. Affectionately becoming “The Sharkeys,” these two brought the best energy from start to finish. The day began with Caroline getting ready alongside her sweet pup Zoey — who made the cutest appearance during portraits wearing a floral wreath — before heading into a heartfelt, intimate ceremony officiated by a close friend. With no formal bridal party, they were surrounded by their closest friends and family all day long, making every moment feel personal and full of connection.
The design and style of the day perfectly matched the setting. Brian’s linen suit felt effortlessly coastal and elevated, while Caroline stunned in a sleek bridal look before changing into a chic second dress just before cake cutting. We captured so many of their portraits at the resort’s signature bar — a space with a fun, Miami-inspired feel that couldn’t have been more “them.” From the oceanfront views to the modern design, this Long Branch, NJ beach wedding was the perfect blend of relaxed and celebratory.
From the moment they were introduced into their reception, the energy was absolutely electric — and it never dipped. Their band kept the dance floor packed all night (something they had been looking forward to all day!), and Brian and Caroline truly set the tone for that dance floor, bringing unmatched enthusiasm that every guest rose to meet. One of the most memorable moments of the night was Caroline’s dance with her dad to Sweet Caroline, when the entire room joined in with “bum bum bum” and waving hands — pure joy in its truest form. Between nonstop laughter during speeches, high-energy dancing, and so many heartfelt moments, Caroline and Brian’s Wave Resort wedding was a celebration that felt as fun as it was meaningful — a perfect start to life as The Sharkeys.
