What a picture perfect February day Michelle and Daniel had for their wedding at The Manor in New Jersey just a few short weeks ago. A beautiful sunny afternoon with snow on the ground! What more could you ask for??
A gorgeous getting ready space for the bride and groom, stunning details (hello tea length dress and dancing keds), and so much joy! Michelle and Daniel are one of the most fun couples I’ve had the pleasure of working with. From our first meeting via skype I knew they would just be a blast to be around (and their engagement session proved that to be true). The first look these two had was just perfect and their golden hour portraits out by the fountains and large window were to die for! A friend and coworker made a blanket for these newlyweds which we of course included in photos (so cozy and romantic, don’t you think?)
We moved inside to the wine cellar where the Ketubah was signed and everyone took their places for the ceremony! One of Michelle’s favorite spots in The Manor was the wine cellar – and I can’t at all blame her, that space is incredible! Pictures below to prove it! We just had to sneak a few in before Daniel moved into place and Michelle walked down the aisle to meet her groom. It’s always one of my favorite things when a couple writes there own vows, and these two just hit the nail on the head with theirs.
Not long after everyone made their way upstairs to enjoy a some delicious hors devours at cocktail hour. Okay, so something about Michelle and Daniel – they love music and love to dance, like…an admirable amount. It was so fitting that their grand entrance was a traditional New Orleans second line! My first second line ever and I hope for so many more (though I’ve got to be honest it’s going to be tough to top this one). The music all night was phenomenal, thanks to none other than The Love Revival Orchestra. From the toasts, to the cake cutting and ALL of the dancing, this night was definitely one for the books. Congratulations again Michelle and Daniel! Thank you so much for having me there to capture your incredible day!
